WHITE WINE

Blue is a seductive, pleasant and friendly white wine to drink and enjoy with friends, as a couple or even alone. It is a wine made from Moscatel, which gives a sweet touch to this wine and makes it irresistible. We find aromas of honey, orange blossom, tangerine, lemon, ... In the mouth it is round, fresh and tasty.

This wine is made from 50 year old Monastrell vineyards with ungrafted vines. The grapes are harvested by hand with a traditional elaboration and minimal intervention during the process. The wine is aged for 12 months in second year French oak barrels to maintain the characteristics of the variety and then aged in the bottle. It is a wine with an incredible evolution that provides many toasted and balsamic nuances from both the Monastrell variety and the French oak.

Ideal to accompany rice dishes, it goes perfectly with red meats, game, roasts and cured cheeses.
