Silvano García is an urban cellar, located in the center of the town of Jumilla, our home, where wine is made with the freedom to choose, each vintage, the best grapes from the Denomination of Origin.
Instead of being tied to a single estate, we travel the territory in search of the most interesting plots, working closely with local winegrowers who know every corner of these lands.
Our cellar is much more than a production space: it is a meeting point, a place where the past and future of wine come together.
From our urban enclave, we take Jumilla wine beyond its borders, with an open, dynamic and constantly evolving mentality.
