Silvano García Moscatel 'Blue'

Vineyard:
Selection of Moscatel vines in Jumilla, harvested at the optimum moment of ripening to preserve its freshness and aromas.

Tasting notes:
Bright golden yellow color. Intense floral expression on the nose with notes of honey, orange blossom and tangerine. The palate is fresh, balanced and with a natural sweetness that merges with a vibrant acidity, leaving a long and aromatic finish.
Pairing:
Perfect with desserts, blue cheeses or as an aperitif to enjoy on its own.
Silvano García Moscatel 'Pink'
Denomination of Origin:
Jumilla
Variety:
100% Monastrell
Vineyard:
Selected vineyards in Jumilla, harvested during the first week of September. Extraction by bleeding, with a short maceration of 10 hours and then controlled fermentation at 18º.

Tasting notes:
Bright raspberry pink color. Intense aromas of strawberry, cherry and grapefruit. The palate is fresh, fruity and with a sweet touch of lollipop. Refreshing finish.
Pairing:
Perfect for rice dishes, seafood, sushi and light appetizers.

Silvano García Verdejo
Denomination of Origin:
Jumilla
Variety:
100% Verdejo
Vineyard:
Harvested by hand during the first week of September. Vineyards less than 25 years old.

Tasting notes:
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits, fennel, citrus and herbaceous notes. The palate is ample, refreshing and unctuous, with a long and pleasant finish where the variety's own notes stand out.
Pairing:
Perfect with fish, seafood, fresh salads and Asian dishes.

Silvano García Monastrell

100% organically grown Monastrell
Vineyard:
Selection of clusters from low-yielding organic vineyards (less than 1.5kg per vine). Harvested by hand in mid-October. Traditional winemaking with a 16-day vinification with short pumping over and continuous temperature controls.
Serving temperature:
14-16°C

Tasting notes:
Cherry red color with violet hues. In the nose, it stands out for its aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices and a slight balsamic touch. The palate is ample, structured and with well-integrated tannins that provide elegance and persistence.
Pairing:
Perfect for grilled meats, Iberian sausages and cured cheeses.
Aging:
Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Silvano García Tinto 4 Meses

100% organically grown Monastrell
Vineyard:
Selection of clusters from low-yielding organic vineyards (less than 1.5kg per vine). Harvested by hand in mid-October. Traditional winemaking with a 16-day vinification with short pumping over and continuous temperature controls.

Cherry red color with violet reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, notes of vanilla, cocoa and spices. The palate is balanced, with good structure, soft tannins and a persistent finish with hints of toast.

Aging:
4 months in French and American oak barrels.
Silvano García Crianza Pie Franco
Denomination of Origin:
Jumilla
Variety:
100% Monastrell
Vineyard:
Monastrell from unirrigated goblet-trained vineyards with an average age of 50 years and free-standing. After a cold maceration, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 26º before being transferred to 300-liter French and American oak barrels.
Serving temperature:
14-16°C

Tasting notes:
Intense red color and high intensity. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, hints of vanilla, cocoa and a slight spicy touch from the barrel aging. Very elegant on the palate, it is balanced, with good structure, marked tannins and a persistent finish.
Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, semi-cured cheeses or blue fish.
Aging:
12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Silvano García Etiqueta negra

Variety:
100% Monastrell
Vineyard:
Monastrell from dry-farmed goblet-trained vineyards, with a production of less than 1.5kg per vine.
Serving temperature:
14-16°C

Tasting notes:
Intense color, predominantly cherry tones. On the nose we find ripe red fruit, strawberries and plums and aromas of vanilla and toast from its time in oak. In the mouth, soft and velvety tannins, with good acidity and very fruity.
Pairing:
Ideal with rice dishes, red meats, game, roasts and cured cheeses.
Aging:
9 months in French and American oak barrels.
Silvano García Dulce Mocastel
Denomination of Origin:

Variety:
100% Moscatel
Vineyard:
Muscat vineyards located in the area of Jumilla, harvesting took place in the first half of September. Once the grapes are selected, the must undergoes cold maceration.

Tasting notes:
Pale yellow with a golden reflection, with a clean, bright and crystalline tone. On the nose it is fresh, with notes of orange blossom honey, peach and a light toast. On the palate it is sweet and light, with a perfect balance between its alcohol content, acidity and sugar.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany a wide range of dishes, from sashimis, spicy cheeses, as well as pastries and chocolates.

Silvano García Dulce Monastrell
Denomination of Origin:
Jumilla
Variety:
100% Monastrell
Vineyard:
Grapes from Monastrell vineyards of an average age of 50 years with a high level of concentration, harvested by hand at the end of October, this wine is only made when there are very special weather conditions. Monastrell grapes at their maximum expression achieved after a long maceration.

Tasting notes:
Clean and bright color, with an intense garnet red color. Aroma of raisins with spicy and toasted notes. Velvety on the palate, with a complex and smooth flavor. Flavors of very ripe and candied red fruit.
Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif with foie gras, blue cheese. Perfect to accompany desserts, especially those with intense chocolates.

Silvano García Viñahonda
Viñahonda wines are fresh and young wines, ideal for any moment. Casual wines created to be enjoyed and tasted without complications.
VIÑAHONDA BLANCO
Denomination of Origin:

Vineyard:
White varieties harvested in the first week of September, wine created through the bleeding of the must, after a short maceration of 5 hours, then fermented at a controlled temperature of 16º.

8-10ºC

Tasting notes:
Pale and bright yellow in color, the nose presents a clean and intense aroma, with clear varietal expression, resulting in a very balanced, fruity and fresh wine. The palate is fresh, with hints of pineapple and apricot with a broad development.
Pairing:
Excellent with rice dishes, pasta, cheeses and all kinds of fish.
VIÑAHONDA ROSADO

Vineyard:
Harvested at the beginning of September, the must is bled and after a short maceration of 10 hours, it ferments at a controlled temperature of 18º.
Serving temperature:
8-10ºC

Tasting notes:
Bright raspberry pink in colour. On the nose, persistent floral and fruity aromas are perceived. On the palate, it is balanced, smooth and long-lasting, with a pleasant aftertaste that invites you to continue drinking.
Pairing:
Excellent with rice dishes, pasta, cheeses and all kinds of fish and appetizers.
VIÑAHONDA TINTO

Vineyard:
Red wine from low production vineyards (less than 2kg per vine), with a traditional winemaking process of 9/10 days with short pump-overs and temperature control of 26/28º.
Serving temperature:
14-16ºC

Tasting notes:
In view it is a wine of a cherry red color of great liveliness with violet trim. Intense red fruit aromas and a balanced, well-structured palate with fruity sensations and great persistence.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany sausages, meats and rice dishes.

90% Monastrell – 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard:
The grapes were selected from vineyards with an average age of 50 years with very low production (1.5kg/straw), harvested in mid-October and both varieties were vinified separately, with an average of 16 days of vatting, short pump-overs and temperature control between 26-28º.

8-10ºC

Tasting notes:
Cherry red color of great intensity. On the nose we find aromas of flowers, ripe red fruit, balsamic and sweet spices such as vanilla or cocoa from its time in barrels. On the palate it is powerful, fresh and at the same time smooth, with ripe fruit, length and intensity.
Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, semi-cured cheeses or blue fish.
Aging:
12 months in French and American oak barrels.
VERMUTS SILVANO GARCÍA
In addition to the creation of our wines, at Bodegas Silvano García we prepare two vermouths characterized by the variety and its botanicals, represented in its original labeling.
VERMUT ROJO SILVANO GARCÍA
Modern vermouth made from high quality Monastrell wine, very balanced to enhance the flavor of the aromatic herbs that accompany it.
Pairing:
Perfect for appetizers of any kind.

Tasting notes:
Mahogany red color with orange reflections, clean and bright. It presents an intense aroma with notes of aromatic herbs with pleasant spicy notes from the contact of the wood, highlighting vanilla, clove and nutmeg. Notes of caramel and raisins appear on the palate. Very balanced, refreshing acidity and a soft bitterness that leaves a velvety sensation.
VERMUT BLANCO SILVANO GARCÍA
Modern vermouth made from high quality Monastrell wine, subsequently macerated with a selection of aromatic plants, flowers and fruits that have been reflected in its labeling.
Pairing:
Perfect for appetizers of any kind.

Tasting notes:
Pale yellow in color, it is aromatic and velvety, with notes of wood, herbs and spices that bring back memories of ripe fruit. The palate is sweet, with harmonious acidity and bitter notes. The entry is balanced, with a glyceric touch that gives it a very pleasant velvety character.
MERMELADA DE VINO SILVANO GARCÍA
Silvano Garcia's Dulce Silvano Garcia wine jams are the result of continuous experimentation with our wines.
This project was developed together with a local company dedicated to the artisanal production of jams. The result has been magnificent, obtaining a jam that faithfully reflects the wine from which it is made.
MERMELADA DE MOSCATEL
Pale yellow, almost straw-colored but with pink and orange iridescence.
Its aroma is that of sweet Muscatel wine, with clear reminiscences of raisined grapes and candied fruit. Its texture is gelatinous, of good consistency, compact, very similar to that of jams, homogeneous and easy to spread. In the mouth it is subtle, delicate and elegantly sweet.

Consumption suggestions:
It is perfect as an aperitif combined with foie gras and all kinds of cheeses except very strong ones. As for desserts, it is the ideal complement for puff pastries and cream puffs, desserts with fruits, citrus fruits, nuts, ice cream, etc...
MERMELADA DE MONASTRELL
Pale yellow, almost straw-colored but with pink and orange iridescence.
Clean and bright, with an intense garnet red color and violet tones. The palate is velvety, with an extraordinarily complex and smooth flavor, presenting very ripe fruit flavors. It has an intense aroma of raisins, along with spicy and toasted notes. It has a jam-like texture that is very easy to spread.

Consumption suggestions:
Ideal as an aperitif combined with foie gras, cane cheeses, fried goat cheeses, etc. Perfect accompaniment for red meats and game, to use in sauces or grilled meats. In desserts it enhances the flavors of fruits and chocolates, it is perfect on bread as breakfast or snack.
