Description
Pink is made from 100% Monastrell. The grapes are harvested in the first week of September. The process we follow to elaborate it is to let the must macerate with the skins for about 10 hours at low temperature and then we bleed the must. The alcoholic fermentation lasts about 12 days and does not exceed 18ºC.
It is ideal to accompany rice, fish, cheese and all kinds of appetizers.
