Description
Blue is made from 100% Moscatel. The grapes are harvested in the first fortnight of September, and the grapes are selected in the field. When it arrives at the winery, the grapes are destemmed, gently crushed and cold macerated. After this, the skins are removed and fermentation is carried out with temperature control so as not to exceed 18ºC.
Blue is perfect as an aperitif, with white fish or seafood.
