The palate is velvety, with an extraordinarily complex and smooth flavor, presenting flavors of very ripe, candied fruit. It has an intense aroma of raisins, along with spicy and toasted notes. It has a jam-like texture that is very easy to spread.
Serving suggestions: it is ideal as an aperitif combined with foie gras, cane cheeses, fried goat cheese, etc. The perfect accompaniment for red meats and game, to use in sauces or grilled meats. In desserts it enhances the flavors of fruits and chocolates, it is perfect on bread, as breakfast or snack.
