TASTING NOTES

It has a ruby red color, with violet reflections. As for aromas, we find a very fruity wine, with red fruit, such as cherries, raspberries and plums, as well as balsamic notes. We also find characteristic aromas of its time in the barrel, such as toasted aromas, black pepper or nutmeg.

On the palate, we find a very pleasant wine, with velvety tannins, which come from the ripe fruit picked at its optimum ripeness point.

It is perfect to accompany it with any meat dish or even oily fish, thus offering a lot of versatility.
