TASTING NOTES

Our Verdejo is a brilliant wine that presents a high aromatic intensity on the nose, full of tropical aromas, in addition to the characteristic aromas of the variety such as fennel and fresh grass. In the mouth we find a wine that is fresh and broad at the same time, since it floods the palate with pleasant and delicate flavors, it has a long finish.
Pairs perfectly with shellfish and all kinds of fish, as well as with pasta and rice dishes.
