TASTING NOTES

It is clean and bright, with a very lively and intense ruby color with purple hues.
On the nose we find a selection of the best black and red fruits made into jam, figs, dried apricots and raisins are also present. On the palate it is velvety, complex, with good acidity that balances the sweetness of the wine, it has a very long persistence in the mouth.
As for the pairing, it offers us endless possibilities, both for an appetizer with foie, patés or ham, as well as for dessert, especially those made with chocolate.
